HIGH PRESSURE OVER SOUTHEASTERN CANADA COMBINED WITH WAVES OF LOW
PRESSURE SPIRALING WELL OFFSHORE OF CAPE COD WILL PROVIDE A
PERSISTENT COOL NORTHEAST WIND FLOW ACROSS SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND
TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. EXPECT SCATTERED SHOWERS AND AREAS OF
DRIZZLE TO CONTINUE. ON THURSDAY...NORTHEAST WINDS WILL PERSIST
HOWEVER DAMP CONDITIONS WILL DRY OUT AS THE CANADIAN HIGH NUDGES
SOUTH OVER NEW ENGLAND.

THE MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY ON WEDNESDAY WILL BE 85 TO 90
PERCENT...THEN LOWER TO 60 TO 70 PERCENT ON THURSDAY.

OUTLOOK...FRIDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...
