.DISCUSSION...THE MAIN AREA OF RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH OFF TO
THE EAST OF THE FORECAST AREA THIS EVENING.  CLOUD COVER WILL REMAIN
ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT.  THE MAIN COLD FRONT WILL PUSH INTO THE REGION
TONIGHT...THEN PUSH EAST INTO THURSDAY.  SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS
WILL REMAIN STRONG TONIGHT AND THROUGH MUCH OF WEDNESDAY BEHIND THE
FRONT.  SKIES WILL CLEAR OUT ON THURSDAY...REMAINING MOSTLY CLEAR INTO
FRIDAY.  DUE TO THE STRONG WINDS OVERNIGHT...FOG SHOULD NOT BE AN
ISSUE THURSDAY MORNING.  WITH LIGHTER WINDS...MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES...AND
SOME LINGERING LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING...
