.DISCUSSION...THE HIGH PRESSURE WEDGE THAT HAS BEEN IN PLACE WILL
ERODE LATE MORNING AS STRONG WARM ADVECTION INCREASES AS A WARM
FRONT LIFTS NORTH THROUGH THE AREA. LOW CLOUDS AND FOG THIS
MORNING WILL BREAK AND SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 10
TO 20 MPH WITH SOME GUSTS OVER 25 MPH THIS AFTERNOON PRODUCING
VERY WARM TEMPERATURES AND FAVORABLE MIXING HEIGHTS ABOVE
4000 FT. BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL DIMINISH AFTER SUNSET.  MIN
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL DROP TO AROUND 40 PERCENT.

SHOWERS WILL ACCOMPANY A PASSING COLD FRONT ON THURSDAY WITH
A SIGNIFICANT WIND SHIFT FROM SOUTHWEST TO NORTHERLY BEHIND
