.DISCUSSION...

Breezy northeast winds will decrease this evening and become light
and variable later tonight. The few lingering sprinkles will
dissipate after sunset and clouds will decrease during the
overnight hours. Tomorrow will be sunny and warmer with highs in
the upper 60s and low 70s that will allow afternoon relative
humidity values to drop into the 35 to 50 percent range. Light
winds will pick up from the south again by Wednesday afternoon,
becoming rather breezy over the Devils Lake Basin. Mixing heights
will improve to the 6000-8000 ft range across the region during
the afternoon hours.

A chance for scattered showers will return on Thursday and
continue into the holiday weekend. Precipitation will be hit or
miss and amounts will be light. Afternoon temperatures will be
near average for this time of year and minimum relative humidity
values will drop to the 30 to 50 percent range.
