.DISCUSSION...
Light and variable winds this morning will gradually become east
to southeasterly by the end of today and persist into Tuesday.
Patchy fog will be possible north of Interstate 10 on Tuesday
morning. Another cold front is expected to move across the region
late Tuesday, but chances for wetting rain with the front are low.
Elevated winds are expected behind the front on Wednesday, but
minimum relative humidities are expected to remain above 35
percent.
