.DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms will continue this evening mostly in areas
west of Interstate 65. A strong storm is possible. Storms will
diminish shortly after sunset. Scattered afternoon storms are
possible once again Tuesday and Wednesday but coverage should be
slightly less on Wednesday.

Not much break from the heat is expected with highs until Friday
in the lower 90s and heat index values above 100. Mixing heights
will rise quickly each morning after sunrise.

Winds should generally be light and variable through the week and
a cold front will impact the area sometime this weekend.

Moisture will remain high through the week with minimum RH values
above 50 percent. Patchy fog will be possible each night in areas
that receive rainfall.

Red Flag conditions are not expected in the near future.
