DROP BACK OFFSHORE AFTER LOW PRESSURE MOVES NE OF THE AREA
LATER THIS MORNING. THE RAINS WILL TEMPORARILY END BY THIS
AFTERNOON. LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINS WILL PICK BACK UP LATER
TONIGHT THRU TUESDAY AFTERNOON IN RESPONSE TO A MORE ORGANIZED
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE MOVING ACROSS THE AREA. ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE COASTAL COUNTIES DURING
TUESDAY. THE LOW WILL TRACK NE OF THE REGION BY EARLY TUESDAY
EVENING, PULLING ITS ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT ACROSS THE AREA AND
WELL OFFSHORE LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WEAK HIGH
PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THRU THURSDAY. A
DRY COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE WILL OCCUR THURSDAY NIGHT FOLLOWED BY
