Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
339 AM CDT Tue Jul 25 2017

.DISCUSSION...Expecting a good deal of shower and thunderstorm
activity again today across at least central and southern portions
of MS although elsewhere (and in the Arklamiss Delta) rain
chances will be a bit lower than yesterday. This morning expect a
few pockets of low clouds but not any fog should be limited to
isolated spots in north-central MS and even there any fog should
lift by 8 am. Winds will tend to be light from the south through
west away from storms and somewhat erratic near storms. Expect
lesser rain chances and more heat as we go into tomorrow.
