Fire Weather Planning Forecast for South Florida
National Weather Service Miami FL
348 PM EDT Sun Apr 23 2017

...DISPERSION AROUND 75 ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH FLORIDA MONDAY...

.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure will continue to move northeast across the region
through tonight bringing showers and a few thunderstorms, with
coverage decreasing from west to east through tonight. A frontal
passage will occur on Monday with additional widely scattered showers
and perhaps a storm or two, before drier weather prevails beginning
Tuesday. Winds will shift to the west/northwest with the frontal
passage before becoming more south/southeasterly later in the week.
Dispersion will be very good to excellent on Monday. Relative
humidity and wind speeds may reach critical levels during the
afternoon hours Tuesday through Thursday across portions of South
Florida, and a Fire Weather Watch may need to be issued at a later
time.

Patchy fog development is possible tonight across portions of the
interior and Gulf Coast, especially in vicinity of ongoing wildfires.
