.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered showers and storms develop each
day through Friday, followed by increasing rain chances over the
weekend. The stronger storms will produce gusty winds, frequent
lightning and heavy downpours. Afternoon relative humidities remain
well above critical levels through Friday along with predominately
fair dispersion values.

Fog Potential And Other Remarks...Patchy late night fog is possible
with visibilities down to around a mile at times.
