Arizona and Southeast California
National Weather Service Phoenix AZ

.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions with near normal temperatures to prevail through
Thursday. Wind speeds will be breezy out of the southwest this
afternoon, especially across southeast California, where localized
gusts over 30 mph are possible. Winds will increase into
Thursday, with sustained wind speeds of 15-25 mph and higher gusts
becoming more widespread. Minimum RHs each day will drop mainly
into the 10 to 20 percent range, with good overnight recoveries. A
very slight chance of storms returns Thursday into Friday across
our higher terrain in southern Gila county.
