.DISCUSSION...Today and Friday will be very warm and dry. Minimum
relative humidity will be 10 to 15 percent across northeastern
Wyoming and far western South Dakota today. With gusty southwesterly
winds across northeastern Wyoming and the Black Hills, critical
fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon. Relative
humidity is expected to be slightly higher on Friday, but winds
will be breezier.
