.DISCUSSION...Very strong winds will continue across the western
South Dakota plains this morning, and gradually diminish this
afternoon. Another wave tonight into Thursday will bring the next
chance for light snow...as well as another round of gusty winds.
Mild and dry weather is expected for Friday, with relatively light
winds.
