THE AIR MASS IS DRYING OUT RAPIDLY TODAY AS AN UPPER RIDGE BUILDS
AND THERMAL TROUGH SETS UP ALONG THE COAST. GUSTY EAST WINDS AND
POOR HUMIDITY RECOVERIES AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 4000 FEET TONIGHT
WILL MAKE FOR INCREASED FIRE DANGER. IT WILL GET HOT AND VERY DRY
SUNDAY AND MONDAY WITH TEMPERATURES 15 TO 20 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
A TREND TOWARDS COOLER CONDITIONS IS EXPECTED BY MID WEEK, WITH
BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND A CHANCE OF RAIN AGAIN BY THE END OF
THE WEEK AND NEXT WEEKEND.
