UPPER LOW LOCATED OVER NORTHWEST NEW MEXICO MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST
TONIGHT. MOUNTAIN TOP WINDS TO SHIFT TO NORTHWEST TONIGHT AND
STRENGTHEN SOMEWHAT BUT SLOWLY WEAKEN THROUGH THE DAY FRIDAY. A
MODEST INCREASE IN MID LEVEL MOISTURE HAS ALLOWED FOR SCATTERED
VIRGA WITH VARIABLE GUSTY WINDS TO THE NORTHWEST OF THE SITE...AND
THIS WILL LIKELY MOVE NEAR AND POTENTIALLY IMPACT THE BURN SITE THIS
EVENING. OVERNIGHT HUMIDITY RECOVERY TO IMPROVE TONIGHT BUT WILL SEE
A DECREASE THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE A LITTLE WARMER
FRIDAY BUT REMAIN BELOW AVERAGE FOR THE SEASON. THERE MAY ALSO BE
ISOLATED BUILDUPS WITH VIRGA DUE TO LINGERING MID LEVEL MOISTURE
FRIDAY AFTERNOON.  MOUNTAIN TOP WINDS SHIFT BACK TO SOUTH TO
SOUTHWEST SATURDAY WITH WARMING AND DRYING.
