DISCUSSION...
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DRIFT SLOWLY TOWARD THE
SOUTHWEST TODAY AND TONIGHT. CONVECTION WILL INCREASE THURSDAY
NIGHT DUE TO MOISTURE THAT WILL ARRIVE WITH AN EASTERLY WIND SHIFT
LATE IN THE DAY. WINDS WILL SHIFT OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST WHILE
KEEPING MOISTURE UP AND THUNDERSTORMS ACTIVE ON FRIDAY. MODELS
STEER A MONSOON MOISTURE PLUME OVER THE AREA THIS WEEKEND WITH
MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS LIKELY. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL VARY
NEAR TO A LITTLE BELOW NORMAL DUE TO ALL OF THE MOISTURE AND
ENHANCED CLOUD COVER.
