.DISCUSSION...
The thermal trough will remain east and north of the fire today
and remain north and east of the fire tonight and Thursday.  A high
pressure ridge will continue to build into the area today and will
limit thunderstorm activity however isolated rain showers will be
possible this morning. Minimum relative humidity will drop to the
upper 20s this afternoon and evening and into the mid 20s Thursday.
Relative humidity will recover to around 80 percent tonight.  Winds
will remain light from the northwest in the 5 to 15 mph range.
