.DISCUSSION...A BAND OF MID LEVEL CLOUDS WILL SLIDE ACROSS THE BURN
SITE LATE THIS AFTERNOON. A FEW SPRINKLES ARE POSSIBLE OUT OF THIS
CLOUD DECK BUT MOST OF THE AREA SHOULD REMAIN DRY. WINDS ARE LIGHT LATE
THIS MORNING BUT THEY WILL INCREASE SLIGHTLY THIS AFTERNOON. PLAN ON
SOUTH/SOUTHEAST WINDS AT 8 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 15 TO 20 MPH AT TIMES
DURING PEAK HEATING THIS AFTERNOON. RAIN WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA TONIGHT
INTO THURSDAY MORNING AS A TROUGH SWINGS THROUGH FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS.
