.DISCUSSION...Latest satellite and surface observations show the back
edge of the low cloud deck (less than 1000ft AGL)is between Mandan and
Glen Ullin; and between Shields and Hettinger. This will gradually get
shunted off to the east between Noon and 1PM CDT Saturday. However,
mid/high clouds will continue through the day resulting in a mostly cloudy
sky. South-southeast to southerly winds of between 14 and 20 mph can be
expected through the afternoon. A chance for rain showers remain on track
beginning late Saturday night through Sunday.
