.DISCUSSION...
IT WILL NOT TAKE LONG THIS MORNING FOR A BIT STRONGER WINDS
ALOFT TO MIX TO THE SURFACE...LIKELY BY 10 TO 11 AM. THIS WILL
MARK THE TIME OF NORTHERLY WINDS AT THE SURFACE INCREASING WITH
PRESENCE OF SOME GUSTS THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. SMOKE DISPERSION
SHOULD QUICKLY BECOME GOOD AROUND THAT SAME TIME...AND WILL BE
EXCELLENT THROUGH MID TO LATE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL DECOUPLE VERY
QUICKLY THIS EVENING. A SPECIAL NOTE...THERE WILL BE AFTERNOON
HUMIDITY LEVELS APPROACHING 25 TO 30 PERCENT ALONG WITH WINDS
GUSTING AROUND 20 MPH. IF BURN IS GOING THROUGH AREAS DOMINATED
BY STILL DORMANT WARM SEASON GRASSES...FIRE DANGER WILL BE MUCH
HIGHER THAN THOSE DOMINATED BY COOL SEASON GRASSES.
