.DISCUSSION...STRONG HIGH PRESSURE AND DEEP MOISTURE REMAIN OVER
WESTERN COLORADO ON THE FOURTH. AFTERNOON HEATING WILL BUILD
THUNDERSTORMS FIRST OVER THE MOUNTAINS THAT WILL MOVE OVER THE
VAIL VALLEY IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. STORMS WILL PRODUCE
LIGHTNING...LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS...AND GUSTY ERRATIC WINDS.
STRONGER STORMS WILL ALSO PRODUCE SMALL HAIL.
