.DISCUSSION...
A storm system will slowly exit to the east of the region on Thursday.
Morning showers will decrease in coverage by noon, with only a stray
drop of rain in the lower elevations after noon. Winds will be breezy
especially in the exposed western facing sides of the canyon near the
burn area, with winds from 20 to 30 mph during the afternoon. Clearing
index will be high through the forecast period.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (40-50%). Scattered showers in
                    the morning, then isolated showers in the
                    afternoon.
Max temperature.....36-41 F.
Min humidity........30-35%.
Wind (20 ft)........Breezy. West winds 20 MPH with gusts up to 40
                    mph.
