.DISCUSSION...
A strong ridge of high pressure overhead will continue to dominate
the western United States and bring above normal temperatures and
dry conditions. Light winds will persist and hinder deep mixing,
resulting in poor smoke dispersal. High clouds will increase
Wednesday afternoon as a weak disturbance begins to drop into
northern Colorado. This system has to potential to bring cooler
temperatures and better mixing for Thursday.
