TO 10 TO 15 MPH. TONIGHT, EXPECT INCREASING CLOUDS AND BREEZY
CONDITIONS, TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN ABOVE NORMAL BUT THE WINDS
WILL INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY OUT OF THE SOUTH. ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS
ARE EXPECTED FOR MUCH OF SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THESE WINDS
ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DIE DOWN UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT BUT WILL REMAIN
BRISK MONDAY MORNING. SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED SUNDAY
