Warming and drying is expected today and Tuesday with min rh/s falling
to around 15 percent each afternoon. Light winds this morning will
become north to northwest and gusty this afternoon with good ventilation.
Rh recovery tonight is expected to be fair. Light winds are expected
again for much of tonight and Tuesday morning with winds becoming
west at 8 to 14 mph Tuesday afternoon.
