.DISCUSSION...A weak, relatively dry trough will arrive Tuesday night
into Wednesday morning, bringing increased cloud cover, somewhat
higher humidity values and a slight chance to chance of rain showers.
Winds will shift to become more westerly with the weak frontal
passage later Wednesday then northwest overnight. Then, a windy,
slightly wetter storm system will arrive early Thursday,
resulting in gusty northwest winds and a slight chance of rain
for the spot location.  Rain showers will not bring wetting rains.
