WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY LIGHTER. NORTH NORTHWEST WINDS AT 10 TO 20 MPH
EARLY THIS MORNING WILL DECREASE TO 5 TO 10 MPH BY EARLY AFTERNOON AND
BECOME NORTH NORTHEAST. BY LATE AFTERNOON THE WINDS WILL BECOME VARIABLE
BEFORE BECOMING SOUTHEAST THIS EVENING. SKIES WILL REMAIN PARTLY TO MOSTLY
