.DISCUSSION...

A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE FIRE TONIGHT AND EARLY SUNDAY,
PASSING THE AREA AROUND LATE MORNING TO MIDDAY. CLOUDS WILL
DECREASE AND THE MAIN SHOWER THREAT WILL BE IN THE MOUNTAINS
TO THE WEST. THE MORE NOTABLE FEATURE WILL BE STRENGTHENING
WINDS. SPEEDS WILL START TO INCREASE TOWARD 0900-1100, BUT
THE STRONGEST WINDS AND HIGHEST GUSTS DEVELOP IN THE AFTERNOON
AND EVENING. SUSTAINED WINDS APPROACHING 20 MPH AND GUSTS AROUND
30-35 MPH ARE EXPECTED BY LATER AFTERNOON. THE WINDS WILL
START TO DECREASE AFTER 2000-2200 SUNDAY AND CONTINUE TO
DECREASE OVERNIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING...THOUGH GUSTS
NEAR 15-20 MPH WILL STILL POSSIBLE AS THEY ARE DECREASING.
