.DISCUSSION...

Winds this morning will quickly become southeasterly through the
late morning and then become southerly by late afternoon as the
seabreeze develops. Winds will be around 5 to 10 mph in the late
morning but as the seabreeze gets going, expect winds to increase
to around 10 to 15 mph around 12pm noon with gusts up to 15 mph.
Mostly clear skies in the morning will become partly cloudy as
fair weather cumulus develops, but after the seabreeze pushes
through, expect mostly clear skies to then return except thin high
level clouds moving in from the west. Dispersions will be fair at
the burn site today with values near 40.
