CHANGING TO SNOW. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE
BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. WEST WINDS WILL BE GUSTY THIS AFTERNOON
WITH WINDS BECOMING NORTHERLY THIS EVENING AND REMAINING GUSTY AT
TIMES. COLDER AIR WILL ARRIVE TONIGHT WITH WEDNESDAY`S HIGHS SOME
