.DISCUSSION...A ridge of high pressure will bring warm temperatures
through the end of the week, with highs 10-20 degrees above average.
The ridge will shift east for the weekend, allowing a storm system
to move through the central plains. There is a decent chance of
accumulating snow Saturday into Sunday, though there is low confidence
on where and how much snow will fall. At this time it looks like the
best chance will be from the Black Hills into south central South
Dakota.
