AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.8 INCH RIDGE EXTENDING FROM NORTHERN QUEBEC TO
THE LOWER GREAT LAKES THIS EVENING WILL SHIFT TO THE EAST THIS
EVENING...AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES MOVES ACROSS CENTRAL
MANITOBA. THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN TO 29.6 INCHES OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO
ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER ONTARIO
THROUGH THE WEEKEND INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. ON WEDNESDAY MORNING THE
LOW WEAKENS TO 29.7 INCHES TO THE NORTHEAST OF LAKE SUPERIOR AS IT
EXITS INTO QUEBEC.
