UPPER-LEVEL DISTURBANCE APPROACHES FROM THE SOUTHWEST. WHILE ICE
ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE QUITE LIGHT...SLICKS SPOTS MAY
DEVELOP ON AREA ROADWAYS.

RAINFALL TOTALS OVER THE WEEKEND ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM AN
INCH TO AN INCH AND A QUARTER BY SUNDAY EVENING. WITH THE GROUND
FROZEN FROM RECENT COLD WEATHER...THIS COULD LEAD TO SOME FLOODING
