SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE TO THE EAST AND NORTHEAST ACROSS
THE ROLLING PLAINS AND EXTREME SOUTHERN PANHANDLE THIS MORNING...
POSSIBLY LINGERING INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS. THERE IS A SMALL
CHANCE THAT ISOLATED STORMS MAY PRODUCE HAIL TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS.
