SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING FROM SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA INTO WESTERN WISCONSIN. A FEW
OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE WITH LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS BEING THE MAIN THREAT...WITH AN ISOLATED
TORNADO BEING POSSIBLE IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA.
