            *** 1 INJ ***
            NWS STORM SURVEY TEAM DETERMINED THAT AN
            EF-1 TORNADO WITH WINDS OF 95 TO 100 MPH
            TOUCHED DOWN ABOUT ONE HALF MILE WSW OF
            BEAVER DAM ALONG US 62 AND GOSHEN CHURCH
            ROAD AT 3:20 PM CST. THE TORNADO MOVED ESE
            AND DAMAGED A HOME ON MINE FORK ROAD. A
            RESIDENT SUFFERED A MINOR HEAD INJURY IN
            THEIR SHED AS THE STORM MOVED THROUGH. THE
            MOST INTENSE DAMAGE WAS IN THE HILL AND
            MULBERRY STREET AREA WHERE NUMEROUS TREES,
            HOMES, AND OUTBUILDINGS WERE DAMAGED. THE
            TORNADO LIFTED NEAR BRUCE SCHOOL RD AT 3:22
            PM CST WHICH IS ABOUT ONE HALF MILE ESE OF
            BEAVER DAM.
