  COASTAL WATERS FROM HIGH ISLAND TO FREEPORT TX OUT 20 NM...
  GALVESTON BAY...
  WATERS FROM HIGH ISLAND TO FREEPORT TX FROM 20 TO 60 NM...

AT 944 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING FREQUENT WIND GUSTS OF 25 TO 30 KNOTS. THESE SHOWERS WERE
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 NM WEST OF EAGLE POINT TO 13
NM NORTHEAST OF TRINITY BAY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
