AT 136 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SEVERAL THUNDERSTORMS...POTENTIALLY PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 30
KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THE STRONGEST STORM WAS OVER 28-MILE
WRECK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN ALSO EXPECT LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...LIGHTNING
STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
