A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING ACROSS THE REGION WILL CREATE THE
POSSIBILITY OF ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
COASTAL WATERS THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. STRONG AND GUSTY
WINDS...LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN...CLOUD-TO-WATER
LIGHTNING...ISOLATED WATERSPOUTS AND CHOPPY SEAS WILL BE POSSIBLE
NEAR STORMS THAT DEVELOP. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE LATE THURSDAY
MORNING AS THE DISTURBANCE EXITS THE REGION.
