  COASTAL WATERS FROM BONITA BEACH TO ENGLEWOOD FL OUT 20 NM...

AT 1038 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...AND
FREQUENT LIGHTNING. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 10 NM WEST OF
CAPTIVA...MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHWEST AT 5 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
