...STRONG SOUTH WINDS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE LAGUNA MADRE AND
THE NEARSHORE WATERS TODAY...

.A SURFACE LOW PRESSURE AREA DEVELOPING OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS
STATES WILL INTERACT WITH A SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE AREA OVER GULF
COAST AND THE GULF OF MEXICO TO PRODUCE GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS
OVER THE LAGUNA MADRE AND NEAR SHORE WATERS MAINLY DURING THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. THIS STRONG SOUTH WINDS WILL PERSIST
THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING HOURS EVENTUALLY DIMINISHING SOME AFTER
SUNSET.

  ACROSS THE NEAR SHORE WATERS THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING
  HOURS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO
