...IMPROVING MARINE CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON...

.NORTH WINDS CONTINUE TO DIMINISH AND SEAS TO SUBSIDE AS HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE WESTERN GULF WEAKENING THE PRESSURE
GRADIENT. WINDS AND SEAS HAVE FALLEN BELOW SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
CRITERIA AS THE GRADIENT CONTINUES TO WEAKEN. ALL ADVISORIES WILL
BE DISCONTINUED.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BROWNSVILLE HAS CANCELLED THE
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY.

SMALL CRAFT SHOULD STILL TO EXERCISE CAUTION ACROSS THE FAR
OFFSHORE WATERS. NORTH WINDS OF 15 TO 19 KNOTS AND SEAS STILL
RUNNING 4 TO 6 FEET TODAY. EXPECT EVEN LOWER CONDITIONS TONIGHT
AND WEDNESDAY.
