...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE BAYS AND
NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING...

.Increasing onshore flow will move warm moist air across the cool
water surface of the bays and nearshore coastal waters and generate
sea fog. Expect areas of sea fog will restrict visibilities to
less than one nautical mile at times over the bays and near shore
waters this morning.
