  WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON ACROSS THE OUTER WATERS. MORE NUMEROUS
  GALE FORCE GUSTS WILL BE POSSIBLE STARTING LATER IN THE WEEK.

* WAVES/SEAS...STEEP WAVES 6 TO 8 FEET AROUND 7 SECONDS BUILDING
  TO 10 TO 12 FEET AROUND 9 SECONDS BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
