.PERSISTENT NORTHEASTERLY WINDS WILL CAUSE WAVES TO PILE UP ALONG
KEWAUNEE AND MANITOWOC COUNTIES TONIGHT. ALTHOUGH WINDS ARE
EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW CRITERIA...WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO REACH 3
TO 5 FEET OVER THE LAKE MICHIGAN NEARSHORE WATERS OVER THESE
COUNTIES DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP
BELOW CRITERIA BY FRIDAY MORNING.

CRAFT ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 AM
CDT FRIDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 15 KNOTS.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
