A GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PST THURSDAY. A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WINDS REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST THIS
AFTERNOON.

* WINDS: SOUTH WIND 15 TO 25 KNOTS THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON WITH
  GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS. WIND WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 KNOTS BY
  THIS EVENING WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 KNOTS...CONTINUING THROUGH LATE
  TONIGHT. SOME GUSTS UP TO 40 KNOTS POSSIBLE OVER THE INNER
  WATERS. STRONGEST WIND TO OCCUR THIS EVENING THROUGH LATE
  TONIGHT.

* SEAS: 6 TO 8 FEET TODAY. SEAS WILL INCREASE SHARPLY THIS
  EVENING...REACHING 12 TO 14 FEET BY LATE TONIGHT OR EARLY THU
  MORNING. SEAS REMAIN AT OR ABOVE 10 FEET THROUGH AT LEAST SAT
  MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
