.NOW...
Patchy to areas of fog...locally dense at times...will exist early
this morning across portions of the inland Northern Coastal Bend
and Victoria area. Visibilities will fluctuate...but may lower to
1/4 mile or less at times. Motorists are urged to slow down...use
low beam headlights...and leave a greater distance between the
vehicle in front of them when traveling in areas of fog this
morning.
