Through noon, scattered showers will move over the waters of the extreme
southeast Gulf, northeast of Dry Tortugas and the outer Straits of
Florida. These showers will move westward at around 10 knots. In the
strongest activity, mariners can expect brief gusty winds near 25 knots,
decreased visibility, and an occasional lightning strike.
