DOWNPOURS...LIGHTNING STRIKES...WIND GUSTS NEAR 25 KNOTS...AND NEAR
ZERO VISIBILITIES. THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CROSS THE
UPPER KEYS BETWEEN OCEAN REEF AND WINDLEY KEY WITH OCCASIONAL
LIGHTNING STRIKES AND UP TO SEVERAL TENTHS OF AN INCH OF RAINFALL.
