Isolated showers will develop along cloud streets moving northwest to
north near 10 knots beyond 10 miles north of the Lower and Middle
Keys through 230 pm. These showers will produce light to moderate
rain, and wind gusts of 15 to 20 knots, while reducing visibilities
to 4 miles or less. Conditions have become marginally favorable for
waterspout development in cloud lines. A waterspout will most likely
form beneath the dark, flat base of a building towering cloud, just
at the hint of rain.
