Including the cities of Secret Pass, Lamoille Canyon,
Harrison Pass, Battle Mountain, Emigrant Pass, Elko,
Spring Creek, Carlin, Wells, Ruby Valley, and Pequop Summit
110 AM PST Thu Feb 23 2017

.NOW...At 0100 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated numerous snow
showers across northern Lander/Eureka and southwest/south-central
Elko counties. The combination of light to moderate snow and
gusty winds is reducing visibility to less than 1 mile in
locations. Interstate 80 from Battle Mountain to Wells will
likely see impacts. Use caution when traveling and slow down.
Roads will becoming snow covered and slick.

Locations impacted include...
Elko, Carlin, Wells, Beowawe, Jiggs, Argenta, South Fork, Ruby
Valley, Pine Valley, Dunphy, Lee, Lamoille, Clover Valley, Deeth,
Ryndon, Emigrant Pass, Spring Creek, Palisade, Secret Pass and North
Area Mine.

Locations can expect a dusting to 2 inches of snow through morning.
Slightly higher amounts will be possible in Lamoille, Jiggs, Wells,
Starr Valley, Lee, Spring Creek, and northwest facing mountain
slopes.
