ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM CDT
THIS EVENING.

* LOCATION...NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND DOUGLAS COUNTY WISCONSIN.

* WINDS...WEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 40 MPH.

* TIMING...TODAY. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE LATE THIS
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS...UNSECURED OUTDOOR OBJECTS COULD BE BLOWN AROUND.
  BRANCHES AND SMALL TREES MAY BLOW DOWN.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS
