  40 MPH. THE WINDS SHOULD GRADUALLY RELAX LATE THURSDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF THE
  FRONT. STRONG WINDS WILL LIKELY PERSIST THROUGH THURSDAY
  MORNING.
