* IMPACTS...STRONG CROSSWINDS WILL IMPAIR DRIVING ALONG HIGHWAY
  152 BETWEEN PACHECO PASS AND LOS BANOS...HIGHWAY 198 FROM
  LEMOORE TO COALINGA AND HIGHWAY 41 FROM LEMOORE TO KETTLEMAN
  CITY AS WELL AS THE INTERSTATE 5 CORRIDOR.
