* Temperature...29 to 32 degrees tonight to Monday morning. 27 to
  32 degrees on Monday night to Tuesday morning.

* Locations in the warning: Many coastal areas including the
  cities of Brookings, North Bend, Coos Bay and Reedsport.

* Locations in the watch: Almost all of the Southern Oregon
  Coast.

* Impacts...Plants sensitive to freezing conditions can be
  damaged or killed.
