WAKE OF A STRONG COLD FRONT PASSAGE. FREQUENT GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 MPH
CAN BE EXPECTED.

IN ADDITION...A LIGHT TO MODERATE FREEZE IS EXPECTED OVER MUCH OF THE
REGION WITH TEMPERATURES DIPPING INTO THE 20S ALONG AND WEST OF THE
