THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PENDLETON HAS ISSUED A FREEZING
FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST THIS MORNING.

* TIMING: AREAS OF DENSE FREEZING FOG THROUGH 10 AM THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY: LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE.

* IMPACTS: FREEZING FOG WILL RESULT IN SLICK ROADS AND POOR
  VISIBILITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZING FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...
