...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT SATURDAY...

* TEMPERATURES...HIGHS WILL REACH THE MID AND UPPER 90S AGAIN ON
  FRIDAY AND AROUND 90 ON SATURDAY. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN
  THE UPPER 50S TO LOW 60S...EXCEPT LOWER TO MID 60S IN THE
  SEATTLE METRO AREA.

* IMPACTS...HOT TEMPERATURES CAN PLACE EXTRA STRESS ON THE BODY
  AND POSSIBLY LEAD TO DEHYDRATION AND HEAT EXHAUSTION. DRINK
  PLENTY OF FLUIDS.

TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS...IF YOU WORK OR SPEND TIME OUTSIDE...
RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING IF
POSSIBLE. KNOW THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT
STROKE. WEAR LIGHT WEIGHT AND LOOSE FITTING CLOTHING WHEN
POSSIBLE AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. THE INTERIOR OF AUTOMOBILES
CAN BECOME VERY HOT CREATING A DANGER IF CHILDREN OR PETS ARE
LEFT UNATTENDED. CHECK UP ON RELATIVES AND NEIGHBORS.
